1: External
Why?
It's vital we can communicate with you externally using conventional email ... and buyers can too. We all have VERY sensitive spam and junk filters these days, which is essential to stop myriad messages. Whitelisting, means you move content to a folder and give it legitimacy.
Best Practice
- It's likely some Elevate messages are going to spam or junk - it just happens
- Check these folders in your own email
- If and when you find any - click (depending on your system) "I trust this content"
- On some platforms you can drag and drop Elevate messages back into the inbox.
Next Steps
It's fundamental you receive messages from Elevate and from buyers, take a moment to look at this and get it working just right for you. Switch on alerts so you can hear, and see when you get messages from Elevate. We respect your privacy and all our messages will be thoughtful and important.
Next - make sure you can receive information internally for optimum performance
