Why?

One of the most efficient ways of marketing is great SEO. Done correctly, and continuously, an optimised page for SEO will mean your page is found, fast, by the people who are actively looking for it.


What SEO effectively means is "being useful". Google and others try to index listings on their search engines in order of usefulness. If it isn't useful, we wouldn't use search! Elevate automatically codes your listing title and description for SEO. This means they are ready for crawlers of all the top websites to "index". The crawlers and indexing give more kudos for listings that have links to and from the pages, plenty of intentional traffic, and of course, relevance. If your listing is popular, it will rise to the top of rankings. If not, it will fall to the bottom.


Best Practice

  • Carefully consider your title and listing text, which are coded for SEO
  • Focus especially the first paragraph (see listing text)
  • Continually provide social posts on LinkedIn and other social, to provide organic traffic to your listing
  • Make it part of your promotional week to take 10 minutes and draft a post in your open discussion, and promote it to your social network
  • On your social posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or elsewhere - be proud of your listing, and invite your fiends to a specific task, like an event you set up to build reviews
  • Use Google Keyword Planner (or similar) and place keywords both in your title and opening paragraph. If you don't know how to use it, try search YouTube for tips and techniques.

Take time to consider your listing for SEO. Imagine your pages being indexed. Remove anything not relevant, make it keyword rich and invite plenty of traffic
